• Direct day-to-day operations of the Collections Department, providing guidance and development for accounts receivable leaders.

• Oversee the department’s most delinquent balances by managing pre-collection and third-party agency processes.

• Manage vendor relationships including collection agencies and software partners.

• Review collection key performance indicators to evaluate effectiveness of policies and procedures and identify improvements.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute data-backed strategies to reduce bad debt and increase efficiency.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant experience. Finance or Accounting degree preferred.

• 5+ years of experience in a transactional or customer-facing role.

• 3+ years managing and developing people leaders and high-performing teams.

• Demonstrated data-driven approach to improving customer experience, team processes and workflow.
