Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the systems and services. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth functioning of production systems and services. - Monitor and analyze system performance to identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks. - Implement and maintain monitoring tools and systems to ensure the availability and performance of production systems. - Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and problems related to production systems and services. - Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and enhancements. - Document and maintain standard operating procedures and knowledge base articles for production systems and services. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Custom Application Creation. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes. - Strong understanding of ITIL framework and best practices. - Experience in incident management and problem management processes. - Knowledge of IT infrastructure components and their interdependencies. - Familiarity with IT service monitoring and management tools. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in ServiceNow Custom Application Creation. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
