Information Security Engineer required for Security Infrastructure Management team, possessing subject matter expertise in designing, deploying & in operationalization of security tool DLP.

Key responsibilities:

i) Configure and manage DLP policies and other advanced settings.
ii) Perform independent assignments in the troubleshooting, problem diagnosis, problem resolution.
iii) Ensure the up time and response time SLAs/OLAs for services are met and or exceeded. 
iv)Independently identify key issues, patterns and deviations during analysis. 
v)Create, maintain and update documentation of detailed design documents, diagrams,SOP's.
vi)Actively collaborate with fellow members of the team and contractors/vendors on bridge calls to prevent or resolve incidents

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering or related field; or equivalent work experience. 

2 to 3 years relevant experience in Info Security/Security tools operations.
Ability to communicate and articulate technical information across various organizational levels. Experience in designing and deploying DLP is preferred.
 

Preferred Qualifications:

2 to 3 years of experience supporting DLP(administration) in large environments is required.

Experience in using enterprise ITSM tool(service-now) and meeting SLA’s.
