Role:

Leads, manages, and supports projects related to process and product improvements using Lean, Six Sigma and project management methodologies to achieve business goals.

 What the candidate will do:

• Designing and developing Six Sigma programs, including supporting systems and tools, for quality and business process improvement.
• Leading and managing Six Sigma project portfolios to achieve measurable business process improvements.
• Providing technical training and guidance for Green Belt professionals on the planning, development and implementation of Six Sigma projects.
• Employing Six Sigma methodology into organizational operations to meet business goals and objectives.

Education requirement:

• Engineering or bachelor's degree completed preferred or relative
• Advance English

What skills the ideal candidate will have:

Six Sigma Methodology:

• Minimum Career path of 2 years in positions of Continuous Improvement or similar to the vacancy, with knowledge in the Metal Mechanics industry.

• Ability to select critical metrics aligned with business priorities.
• Ability to use specialized resources such as publications, partnerships, and conferences to stay up to date.
• In-depth knowledge of the DMAIC cycle (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control)
• Mastery of advanced statistical tools and Office (Excel, word, Power point, etc.)
• Extensive knowledge and handling of Lean tools (Ishikawa Diagram, Pareto Analysis, 5 Whys, etc.) as well as process improvement tools (Kanban, Kaizen, Poka Yoke, etc.)
• Advanced Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma Methodologies

Active Learning:

• Could learn from his mistakes and successes, and he shares those lessons with others.
• Knows how to maintain active relationships within their team or unit to exchange knowledge. Learn and apply new tools, concepts, and processes relevant to their work.

Analytical Thinking:

• Advanced knowledge of analysis techniques and tools to identify root causes.
• Ability to define problems, evaluate their impact and systematically compare alternative solutions.

Influencing:

• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

• Use of active listening and probing techniques to detect opportunities for influence.
• Ability to motivate and guide multidisciplinary teams

Problem Solving:

• Ability to document problems, consider multiple perspectives, and propose workable solutions.
• Ability to analyze risks and benefits of alternatives and facilitate decision-making.
• Ability to propose sustainable, efficient and goal-aligned improvements.
• Advanced ability to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement in processes.

Project Management:

• Extensive knowledge in the planning, execution and closure of improvement projects.
• Ability to identify tools, phases, activities, and deliverables within functional projects.
• Ability to understand and explain concepts such as critical path, tasks, and key objectives.

Top Candidate Will Have:

• Six Sigma (Black Belt) certification.
• Handling of digitization tools (Power BI, Power apps, etc.)

Location: Acuña, Coahuila

This position is from Monday to Friday

This position will 15%  require to travel
