Commercial Subsidiaries Group (CSG).

This is a client management role, with the goal to appropriately meet the needs of the assigned clients, seeking to increase our wallet share as well as clients’ satisfaction. 

CSG Account Manager, covers a portfolio of subsidiaries, under a coverage model where most of the  interactions with clients are made virtually (face to face visits may occur once or twice a year for major clients), attending specific selling and relationship coverage processes and standards. Onboarding of new clients is a top priority but also managing existing clients highly concentrated in Treasury and Trade Solutions, FX and loans, with credit facilities approved elsewhere. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform annual account plan for each assigned client, identifying wallet size, share of wallet and opportunities to grow.
  • Develop a call plan for the portfolio and ensure its accomplishment, pursuing frequent and proactive interactions with clients.  
  • Daily record of all interactions and calling activity with clients in Salesforce
  • Identify new business and cross sell opportunities within the assigned portfolio, mainly in Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS), FX and Loans, and upload them into CRM.  Prepare and send new business proposals according to the processes established by product, and follow up until implementation is completed.  
  • Revenue and drivers monitoring and ensure they are correctly mapping. Prepare monthly portfolio review.
  • Ensure revenue and drivers goals accomplishment.
  • Ensure productivity, service and client satisfaction indicators are above the minimum defined standard.
  • Build and maintain strong and close relationship with Citi network in order to learn and execute regional and global strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong and close relationship with Product, Operations and other partners.
  • Ensure client’s documentation and information is up to date and complete according to the Bank and regulatory requirements. 
  • Ensure full accomplishment of all risk, compliance and control policies and procedures for the assigned portfolio and the unit (i.e. CADDs, AML alerts, EUDD, COB, MCA, etc).
  • Promote cooperation and a permanent team work environment, and serve as back up for other relationship officers within the unit.
  • Attend training and learning opportunities.
  • Propose, lead and proactively participate in business initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS.

  • 3-5 years of professional experience
  • Proven track record in sales and finance
  • Bachelor’s / University degree in business, finance or similarFluent in Spanish and English is a must
