You will be expected to perform independently and become an SME, required active participation/contribution in team discussions, and contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. Ensure production systems are available and operating as defined in Service Level Agreements.
Drive incident and outage resolution and communication.
Facilitate restoration of service to the production environment.
Establish disaster recovery procedures and maintain data retention practices.
 

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

Intermediate proficiency in IT Infrastructure Operations.
Intermediate proficiency in Citrix Virtualization Technologies.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant related skills.
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of studies.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

Intermediate Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration proficiency
Intermediate Microsoft Windows Server proficiency
