Business Relationship Partner

We are looking for a Business Relationship Partner to serve as the primary Fujifilm Biotechnologies Global IT contact for designated Site and drive collaboration between Site business units and Global IT to ensure alignment with local needs. You will interact with Site leadership, Fujifilm Biotechnologies IT Functional areas, and Project Management to ensure seamless alignment with business needs and priorities. Ensure ongoing alignment with Fujifilm Biotechnologies IT strategy, portfolio and capacity. 

Key Accountabilities

• Provide guidance on Fujifilm Biotechnologies IT’s governance model and aid in formalizing, prioritizing, and documenting business cases. Monitor customer and tech trends impacting service provision.

• Drive the collaboration with business units to ensure IT aligns with local needs, serving as the primary contact for Fujifilm Biotechnologies Global IT (Main point of contact.

• Service and strategic understanding of business needs.

• Management of the relationship with Fujifilm Biotechnologies, stakeholders at all levels in the organization.

• Contribution to IT strategy and monitor tech trends impacting service provision.

• Sets strategic direction and priorities within the respective area.

• Assure that BU/Site feels that IT is a partner assisting them in anticipating current and future demands and priorities for new or changed products and services, in alignment with desired business outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience

• Requires an equivalent of a BA degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business administration with at least 5 years of experience.

• At least 5 years of experience and prior experience with BRP and BRM roles.

• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Proficiency in IT services and development projects.

• Preference for experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.

• Strategic thinker aligning tech with company goals.

• Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

• Fluency in English required due to our international scope.

Impact & Decision Making

• Optimize workflow and performance of the department/team and within Global IT to simplify work for stakeholders.

• Work affects the success of projects or quality of services provided by the organization.

• Ensure conflicting customer requirements are mediated appropriately, and customer’s complaints are handled and escalated appropriately.

• Position does not offer any decision-making mandate/authority. However, it is expected that the position provides suggestions for prioritisation, resolves issues and offers solution to Global IT leadership and the business.

• Contributes to longer term milestones of the function.
