The Opportunity
This position works out of our Alameda, CA location in the Lingo Division. Working on Lingo, you will help build a next-generation technology that enables individuals to make decisions about how to improve energy, lose weight or enhance athletic performance. The Lingo team embodies a start-up culture and mindset with the backing of Abbott, a company with a rich history of healthcare innovation. As an Influencer Specialist you will lead the influencer program at Lingo. You will work closely with Lingo business leadership to drive communication with influential individuals and groups and introduce them to Lingo.
What You’ll Work On
Develop, refine and execute an influencer strategy that reaches brand objectives and target audiences
Identify and vet all potential Lingo partners to meet brand standards and to ensure resonance with our target
Nurture authentic relationships with Lingo brand partners to expand reach and engagement
Work with all Lingo partners to enable accurate communication to consumers
Create high impact, culturally relevant activations and campaigns to drive education and adoption of our product
Collaborate with marketing, PR, and social media teams to integrate influencer campaigns with broader marketing initiatives
Uncover and recommend partnerships with relevant and complimentary brand partners to drive relevance for Lingo
Partner with our influencer agency to contract and manage relationships and meet KPIs within budget
Track, analyze, and report on the performance of influencer campaigns and partnerships
Monitor influencer content and community responses and partner with influencers and marketing team to address issues
Stay up to date on broader marketing trends and how Lingo can utilize them to drive impact
Manage overall influencer program budget and be responsible for maximizing the ROI.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree r
6+ years experience in agency or in-house.
Experience building influencer programs from the ground up with a diverse set of brands
Excellent storyteller, educator and entertainer
Excellent relationship builder
Excellent project management skills – able to drive internal cross function resources and external agency partners to collaborate and meet key milestones within budget.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
Proficient in major social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube)
Solid knowledge of influencer marketing tools and platforms
You are customer obsessed.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a regulated industry a plus but not essential.

The base pay for this position is
$95,500.00 – $190,900.00In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
