🐾 The job:

We’re looking for a Czech & Slovak Marketing Lead to join our mission! It’s been nearly a year since we launched in the Czech market, and the response has been incredible - several thousand dogs in Czechia have already fallen in love with PsiBufet! Now, we’re ready to take everything to the next level.

We’re also thrilled to announce that we’ll be launching our operations in Slovakia very soon, and we need a bold leader to drive our growth across both markets!

You will be the heart of our marketing strategy, diving into data to discover insights, and crafting of PsiBufet communication ideally suited to pet parents in Czachia and Slovakia.

You’ll work closely with the marketing team based in Warsaw and will have full support on a channel level from the specialists. It will be your role to provide relevant insights and tailor the channels to the Czech and Slovak customers.

• 4+ years of experience in a marketing role (e.g. Account executive, Marketing Project Manager) in the agency, media agency or as a manager on the client's side
• Understanding Czech and Slovak market and customer expectations, and know what resonates locally
• Have experience in managing multi-channel online marketing campaigns (offline channels is nice to have)
• You have a proven track record of driving business growth
• Understanding of success metrics an using data to make the right business decisions
• Be a self-starter and be able to work independently to plan and execute marketing initiatives
• Native Czech speaker (nice to have Slovak) and professionally fluent in English, comfortable working in a multilingual environment
• Great organizational skills with the ability to prioritize task from multiple workstreams

🌱 In this role, you can expect to…

• Planning multichannel campaigns and marketing activities in the Czech & Slovak market
• Regular reporting of business metrics and preparing recommendations based on them
• Crafting local copy and translations that speak directly to the hearts of dog parents from both markets.
• Be responsible for shaping our communications strategy to meet the needs of the Czech and Slovak market
• Take full ownership of active subscriber growth and revenue in the Czechia market.
• Focus on driving new customer acquisition, retention and customer win-back
• Work with the PsiBufet (Poland) team who will be executing marketing efforts on digital channels (paid search, paid social, influencers), social media, copywriting, graphic design
• Work in a fast-paced environment and instigate improvements at speed

⏳ The interview process:

1. Initial call with your dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner, carried out remotely.
2. Sometimes the process will include a take home task, or a presentation of some kind.
3. Skills interview, usually carried out remotely.
4. Behaviours interview, usually carried out in person.

We usually expect our interview process to take 3-5 weeks, end to end.
