About the role:

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Stock management/ordering
• Stock reservation
• Labelling of stock
• Sending shipments to our technicians
• Managing the collection of stock by our technicians
• Ordering/installing tools and equipment for delivery vans
• Quarterly stocktaking
• Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies
• Create inventory reports
• Respect the value of information by following Likewize's privacy/information security policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Ideally you will have previous experience in warehouse management/operations
• You will be able to demonstrate a good level of numeracy and literacy skills
• Strong, effective communication skills with colleagues at all levels
• Computer literate, including knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel
• German (Required)
• English (Desirable)
