Job Description

1.Responsible for sales activities of chromatography, mass spectrometry instrument in designated regions, achieving sales targets set by the company. 

2. Organize and participate in relevant marketing activities (e.g., seminars, workshops) as needed to generate sales leads and qualify them. 

3. Provide customers with technical solutions and quotations to facilitate sales transactions. 

4. Deliver impactful technical assistance and consultation to resolve customer issues. 

5. Develop and maintain key accounts while keep strong relationships with industry opinion leaders. 

6. Manage customer satisfaction with all installed customers through effective coordination with Customer Support team. 

7. Collect weekly sales and market data; submit timely monthly reports including closed deals, lost deals, forecasts, cold calls, and sales leads. 

8. Manage discounts within authorized limits. 

9. Coordinate product demonstrations.
