Summary: A seasoned Security Delivery Manager with extensive experience in Cloud and Infrastructure Security, encompassing network security, endpoint protection, email security and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and GCP. Demonstrated expertise in managing end-to-end security delivery, leading technical teams, and driving service improvement initiatives. Adept at stakeholder engagement, project governance, and identifying new business opportunities through strategic collaboration. Roles & Responsibilities: • Lead and manage comprehensive security delivery across multiple client engagements. • Oversee project governance, ensuring timely, efficient, and high-quality delivery of security services. • Conduct Weekly Status Reviews (WSR) and Monthly Service Reviews (MSR) with client stakeholders. • Manage technical delivery teams within shared services environments. • Initiate and drive service improvement initiatives from inception to successful closure. • Participate in solution reviews for RUN operations to ensure alignment with client expectations. • Support and represent the organization during client visits and strategic discussions. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities. • Mentor and guide technical team members in critical delivery areas. • Engage with client stakeholders to understand organizational security challenges and recommend tailored security services to mitigate risks. Professional & Technical Skills: • Cloud & Infrastructure Security: Expertise in securing hybrid and multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP). • Network Security: Proficient in Firewalls, Proxy servers, Web Application Firewalls (WAF), Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS). • Endpoint Security: Skilled in Antivirus (AV), Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), and Extended Detection and Response (XDR) technologies. • Email Security: Hands-on experience with Proofpoint Email Security solutions. • Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW): Palo Alto Networks, FortiGate, Check Point. • Cloud Platforms: Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP). • Cloud Network & Security: Design, implementation, and management of secure cloud networking and access controls. • Endpoint Protection: Trend Micro Deep Security and Microsoft Defender • Proven experience in security delivery management and project governance. • Strong leadership in managing cross-functional technical teams. • Strategic planning and execution of service improvement initiatives. • Business development through stakeholder collaboration and solution alignment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Palo Alto Networks Firewalls. - This position is based at our Jaipur office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
