Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve working with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Ansible on Microsoft Azure to ensure smooth functioning of the applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Identify and troubleshoot issues within multiple components of critical business systems using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Ansible on Microsoft Azure. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth functioning of the applications. - Develop and maintain scripts for automation of tasks using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Ansible on Microsoft Azure. - Provide technical support to end-users and resolve issues in a timely manner. - Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Ansible on Microsoft Azure. - Strong understanding of application architecture and design principles. - Experience with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash. - Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC). - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
