Your Job:

Prepare and evaluate variances, bank reconciliations, accounts receivable and budgets.  Assist in annual financial audit. 



Your Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, preferably in accounting.
• Healthcare Experience and CPA strongly preferred.
• Nextgen or Epic reporting experience preferred.
• 5-6 years related experience
• Knowledge of the generally accepted accounting principles.
• Knowledge of budgeting and cost accounting principles.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Certified Public Accountant
• Excellent analytical skill.
• Effective communication skills.
• Skill in dealing with multiple projects
• Strong organizational skills;
• Attention to details
• Customer Service oriented and excellent interpersonal skill.

Your Job Responsibilities:  

• Prepare Standard and general journal entries.
• Bank reconciliations and account reconciliations for other balance sheet accounts.
• Responsible for working with clinic operation team to implement processes to balance cash.
• Maintains rent and property tax schedules.

• Audit Income Guarantees

• Update Physician Compensation and enter Physician payments into Payroll
• Assessing aged outstanding checks and unclaimed property reconciliation.
• Escheat accounts reconciliation, posting, and State filing.
• Year-end duties including prepare assigned audit schedules, assist auditors with questions/requests, Prepare assigned reconciliations and schedules.
• Proficient computer skills with a strong emphasis with MS Excel and MS Access.
• Maintains the GL crosswalk between NexGen, Epic and Work Day GL.
