As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications. The position serves as the main liaison for project-related communications, overseeing progress and addressing challenges to deliver effective software solutions. - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of development activities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong knowledge of SAP ABAP programming concepts and experience with HANA database integration.
- Experience in developing and optimizing custom reports, interfaces, and enhancements within SAP environments.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and debugging techniques specific to SAP ABAP on HANA platforms.
- Skilled in collaborating with functional teams to ensure seamless application deployment and support.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
