What this opportunity involves:
The Senior Workplace Ambassador is responsible for key elements of the clients office operation. You will be a vital member of the staff connecting internal and external stakeholders together and supporting engagement, as well as improvement in facilities management and the delivery of client-centric service excellence to all the stakeholders. Working onsite with a client at 101 Collins St!

A snapshot of the role:

• Manage client relationships and implement best practices

• Support leading-edge facilities and workplace services delivery

• Foster community and facilitate easy office operations

• Oversee Client Facility Group and conduct EHS inspections

• Implement sustainability initiatives and manage data reporting

• Schedule and manage preventative maintenance and repairs

• Manage on-site facilities contractors and third-party suppliers

• Conduct site inspections, hazard audits, and lead emergency support

What you will bring:

Seeking a dynamic professional for this Senior Workplace Ambassador role that will bridge JLL and our client together. The ideal candidate excels in relationship management, facilities operations, and client-centric service delivery. You'll foster a sense of community, manage office operations, and ensure compliance with EHS standards while driving sustainability initiatives.

• Experience in Workplace Management, Hospitality, or Facilities Management

• Proven track record in continuous improvement and client reporting

• Strong customer service orientation with a professional, friendly demeanor

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing situations

• Experience in budget management and financial processes

• Knowledge of EHS regulations and risk management procedures
