Process Innovation Business Analyst

We will count on you to:

  • Lead analytical/improvement projects supporting various areas of business
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and map the end-to-end processes and identify opportunities for optimization
  • Analyze existing processes and identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, proposing solutions for streamlining and automation
  • Develop and implement end-to-end process improvements
  • Provide ad-hoc support for projects and initiatives where problem-solving and/or analytical skills are needed 
     

What you need to have:

  • Very strong analytical skills and proactive can-do attitude
  • Proven experience in process mapping, process reengineering, and process improvement
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Project management skills, with the ability to lead and drive process improvement initiatives
  • Excellent spoken and written English (C1/C2 level)
