About the role
We are seeking a Salesforce Full Stack Lead Developer. In this role you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable solutions on the Salesforce Sales cloud platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into technical solutions that enhance our business operations.
What You Will Do in This Role
Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and other developers to understand requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.
Translate business requirements into technical designs and implement solutions that align with industry best practices and standards.
Design, develop, and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce platform, utilizing Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other relevant technologies.
Reviewing page analytics and finding possible improvements (speed, CX, …)
Develop efficient and scalable code for both front-end and back-end components of applications.
Optimize application performance, troubleshoot, and resolve any technical issues, and provide timely support for production systems.
Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends to ensure our solutions remain innovative and competitive.
Mentor junior team members in Sales Cloud technology, Integration Technologies, and Salesforce best practices
Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback to team members, and mentor junior developers as needed.
Understand data security and compliance considerations within the Salesforce Sales Cloud context.
Integrate multiple technologies with Salesforce Sales Cloud
What You’ll Need to be Successful in this Role
8+ years of overall Information Technology experience with 5+ years recent hands-on experience in designing, customizing, and implementing Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions.
Extensive hands-on experience with Sales Cloud features, including lead and opportunity management, workflow automation, and configuration of sales processes
Expert knowledge with Flows, APEX (classes, triggers, and web services), VisualForce, Salesforce APIs, SOQL, SOSL.
Expertise in developing Lightning components, using Aura and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Excellent problem-solving ability; In-depth knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and backend experience with Salesforce integrations.
Demonstrated ability to provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to team members in the development and deployment of Sales Cloud solutions
Experience with GitHub. CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Experience with Salesforce.com Governor limits, Lightning UI, Apex, and performance optimization.
Takes feedback from code review and apply changes to meet standards
Salesforce Certified or equivalent certifications are highly preferred.
Commitment to maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce releases, updates, and industry best practices.
Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects.
Strong time management, project management, organizational and team collaboration skills
