Summary:
As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting the implementation of activities aimed at enhancing the overall performance of a specific business function from start to finish. This includes analyzing current business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and designing or redesigning workflows to optimize efficiency. The role also involves defining organizational components related to the function, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, and collaborating with various stakeholders to facilitate smooth execution of these initiatives. The practitioner plays a key role in driving continuous improvement and operational excellence within the business function.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify process gaps and recommend actionable improvements to enhance business function performance.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of business initiatives.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
- Strong knowledge of treasury operations, risk management principles, and financial supply chain processes.
- Experience in analyzing and redesigning business processes within the treasury and risk management domain.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Familiarity with integration points between SAP FSCM TRM and other enterprise systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and scalable solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
