We’re looking for Business Process Senior Associates to join our Insurance Operations team at MBPS.

In this role, you are responsible for the accurate, timely, and compliant release of life insurance proceeds and related payments. The team plays a critical role in delivering on John Hancock Life’s promise to customers by ensuring beneficiaries and policyholders receive funds with efficiency, care, and adherence to regulatory standards.  

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Accurately process and capture case information in the system following established procedures

  • Exercise sound judgment and perform thorough quality checks to ensure accuracy and prevent financial errors

  • Ensure timely, compliant release of life insurance proceeds and related payments in line with regulatory standards

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to enhancing team performance metrics

  • Support overall operations by handling assigned tasks and delivering efficient, customer-focused service

Required Qualifications: 

  • At least 1 year of experience in back-office operations or shared services

  • Undergraduates may also apply, provided they have at least 2 years of BPO, back‑office, or administrative experience 

  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Strong background in back-office work

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail

  • Ability to interpret data, system reports, and policy records

  • Strong communication and coordination skills
