Introduction to the job 

Within Operations EUV Clamps, you lead a manufacturing group at BER 02 with a focus on qualification. Your team ensures that components and processes can be reliably transferred into serial production. You operate at the interface between Development, Manufacturing, and ramp‑up, creating clarity in priorities and delivering robust, data-driven results. 

You lead a team of three Team Leads and approx 60 employees, shaping how collaboration and accountability are lived in daily operations. You challenge the status quo and drive change, strengthen your team in delivering quality and ownership, and bring the right perspectives together so decisions are effective and sustainable. This is how you create results that hold up in daily production and drive the progress of manufacturing. 

Role and responsibilities 

• You provide disciplinary and functional leadership to Team Leads, shift leaders, and employees, continuously developing your organization. 

• You plan and steer the operational processes of your manufacturing group with a focus on daily, weekly, and long-term output targets. 

• You ensure compliance with key performance indicators, particularly in quality, lead time, safety, and cost. 

• You are responsible for medium- and long-term capacity and resource planning in close alignment with Manufacturing Management. 

• You coordinate workforce allocation within your group, including shift and vacation planning. 

• You lead and drive operational formats such as shopfloor and team meetings, ensuring transparency in daily operations. 

• You collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders and actively contribute to improvement initiatives as well as ramp‑up or NPI projects. 

Education and experience 

• You hold a technical qualification, for example as a technician, master craftsman, or a comparable background with relevant professional experience. 

• You bring 5 years of experience in a production environment, ideally close to shopfloor operations. 

• You have gained initial or multiple max. 3 years of leadership experience in guiding teams or organizational units. 

• You have experience in driving improvements or developing processes and workflows. 

• You are confident in using MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). 

• You have experience working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP). 

• You are fluent in both German and English, written and spoken.

Dein Arbeitsumfeld 

Im Bereich Operations EUV Clamps führst du eine Fertigungsgruppe mit Fokus auf die Qualifizierung von Bauteilen. Dein Team stellt sicher, dass Bauteile in der richtigen Qualität ausgeliefert werden und alle funktionellen sowie optischen Anforderungen sicher erfüllen. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit der Fertigungsleitung sowie den Servicebereichen Fertigungssteuerung, Prozess-/ Produktverantwortlichen sowie der QA zusammen.  

Du führst du eine Gruppe mit sechs Teamleiter:innen sowie ca. 60 Mitarbeitenden und prägst, wie Zusammenarbeit und Verantwortung im Alltag gelebt werden. Du hinterfragst Bestehendes und treibst Veränderungen voran – Challenge. Du stärkst dein Team im Anspruch an Qualität und Verantwortung – Care. Du bringst die richtigen Perspektiven zusammen, damit Entscheidungen greifen – Collaboration. So entstehen Ergebnisse, die im Produktionsalltag tragen und den Fortschritt der Fertigung sichern. 

Deine Aufgaben 

• Du führst Teamleiter:innen und Mitarbeitende fachlich und disziplinarisch und entwickelst dein Team kontinuierlich weiter. 

• Du planst und steuerst die operativen Prozesse deiner Fertigungsgruppe mit Blick auf tägliche, wöchentliche und langfristige Output‑Ziele. 

• Du stellst die Einhaltung relevanter Kennzahlen sicher, insbesondere in den Bereichen Qualität, Durchlaufzeit, Arbeitssicherheit und Kosten. 

• Du verantwortest die mittel‑ und langfristige Termin‑ und Ressourcenplanung in Abstimmung mit der Fertigungsleitung. 

• Du koordinierst den Personaleinsatz innerhalb deiner Gruppe, inklusive Schicht‑ und Urlaubsplanung. 

• Du steuerst und führst operative Formate wie Shopfloor‑ und Team‑Meetings und sorgst für Transparenz im Tagesgeschäft. 

• Du arbeitest eng mit relevanten Schnittstellen zusammen und bringst deinen Bereich aktiv in Verbesserungsinitiativen sowie Ramp‑up‑ oder NPI‑Projekte ein. 

Deine Qualifikationen 

• Du hast eine abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder Meister oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung. 

• Du bringst 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Produktionsumfeld mit, idealerweise in einem schichtnahen Umfeld. 

• Du hast erste oder mehrjährige max. 3 Jahre Führungserfahrung in der Leitung von Teams und Organisationseinheiten. 

• Du verfügst über Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von Verbesserungen oder der Weiterentwicklung von Abläufen. 

• Du arbeitest sicher mit MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). 

• Du bringst Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP‑Systemen mit (z. B. SAP). 

• Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute bis sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
