Summary:

In this role, you will drive results through efficient and successful delivery of orthopedics and neuroscience clinical consulting engagements for provider and clients.  You will identify, evaluate and implement opportunities to reduce cost, increase revenue and/or improve quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and oversee analysis activities to achieve strategic insight to solve complex business problems.

  • Support the consulting team development of new orthopedics and neuroscience category products or services.

  • Initiate and maintain senior level client relationships, including periodic interaction with the C-suite.

  • Collaborate across Clinical and Advisory Solutions services as project lead to execute project work streams or initiatives.

  • Execute plans that meet project schedule, budget and expected value.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred.

  • 7 or more years’ experience working in a healthcare or consulting services environment required.

  • Extensive knowledge of orthopedic/spine/trauma devices and supplies, service line performance/management/delivery, and physician practice patterns required.

  • Experience managing complex project budgets and timelines preferred.

  • Experience in a clinical service line operations or management role desired.

  • Proficient data and analytic capabilities desired.

  • Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and timetables.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $117,600.00 to $194,200.00.
