About the Role:
At CrowdStrike Services, our team of cybersecurity professionals is dedicated to investigating and mitigating some of the most sophisticated attacks in the world. Our Services Operations team is responsible for the behind the scenes business processes that enable our consultants and trainers to go out and do their jobs everyday. This includes preparing clients proposals and sales documents, engagement support, tracking operational metrics, and driving business process improvement initiatives. We are looking for an intern interested in learning more about business operations who can bring fresh ideas and perspective to how we continuously improve our business.

Location: Fully Remote

The Services Operations Internship is fully remote and requires no travel. Your work location is the city/town/province/state you will be working from remotely. For our internship program, interns are allowed to work remotely from an alternative location for up to 2 weeks. Interns are also invited to work out of the CrowdStrike office located closest to their remote location.

What You'll Do:

• Evaluate data quality to ensure accurate reporting of retainer information for Professional Services customers

• Audit key reports and processes for the retainer operations and resource management teams

• Potential projects:

• Revamp the resource management skills program and structure in FinancialForce

• Pilot and expand the resource request queue in FinancialForce that supports Resource Coordinators in scheduling & staffing professional services projects.

What You’ll Need: 

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management or related field

• Graduating between December 2025 - December 2026

• Must work effectively at a distance

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel

• Interest in learning about the business side of a Professional Services organization
