Finance Strategy & Transformation Lead

Senior Finance Business Partner

This role leads the strategic finance agenda through innovative reporting, insightful analysis, and transformation initiatives. The Finance Strategy & Transformation Lead provides senior stakeholders with clear financial narratives, drives improvements in reporting and tooling, and ensures the finance team operates with agility and strategic alignment.

What you'll be doing: 

• Be able to draft and execute the Finance Strategy aligned with Group and Company goals.
• Support the Associate Finance Director in delivering high-quality insights to support decision-making at senior leadership level and, when needed, at Group level.
• Design and maintain robust financial reports and dashboards (e.g., Oracle, Hyperion, Excel, Power BI).
• Build financial narratives for monthly, quarterly, and strategic performance reviews based on the work provided by FBPs.
• Act as the primary contact for aggregated performance reporting and business analysis.
• Ensure consistency of financial data across local and Group reporting structures.
• Lead innovation projects in financial reporting, automation, and process improvement.
• Explore new tools and systems to improve the speed, accuracy, and insight of financial information.
• Collaborate with the Finance Business Partners team to ensure aligned delivery.
• Act as a backup for the Finance Business Partner Manager when needed.

What You’ll Bring: 

• Strong FP&A, strategic finance, or financial reporting background.
• Experience working with financial tools such as Power BI, Oracle, or equivalent platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to simplify complexity and build compelling financial narratives.
• Track record of delivering transformation projects within finance.
• Comfortable engaging with senior leadership and budget owners across multiple functions.
• Great English skills
