Principal Product Manager - Technical F/T

Overview
Set strategic vision and direction for technology initiatives driving operational resiliency, modernization, and regulatory compliance across a portfolio of 12 internal products.
Role.
• Lead product roadmap execution for 10+ engineering teams; mentor junior product managers and oversee team-wide product operations.
• Align priorities and resource trade-offs by driving consensus on technology strategy with program executive leadership, MA Tech leadership, and Engineering leadership.
• Leverage deep technical expertise in modernization, resiliency, and payment ecosystems to design end-to-end solution roadmaps in collaboration with Architecture teams.
• Engage industry stakeholders and global product teams to introduce new capabilities leveraging AI/ML-driven decision-making at scale.
• Establish OKR frameworks and multi-year roadmaps using Mastercard’s product management tools; utilize analytics platforms to report key performance metrics.

About You
• Position requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering or related and eight (8) years of progressively responsible experience in job offered or as a Technical Product Management, or related.
• Qualifying experience must include at least 8 years of experience with each of the following: Product innovations and OKR workshops; Technical product roadmaps; Observability frameworks; AHA; Rally; Power BI.

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
