Summary:
As a User Experience Engineer, you will lead prototype work and other software engineering solutions that create an optimized user experience. Your typical day will involve collaborating with design teams to translate concepts into tangible prototypes, ensuring that the solutions are not only visually appealing but also technically feasible. You will engage in discussions with various stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on designs, all while maintaining a focus on enhancing user satisfaction and usability across platforms.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and professional growth.
- Experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role ( 2-5 years)
- Mandatory skills: Modern frontend frameworks Angular (or React, Vue), Typescript/Javascript, HTML, SCSS/CSS
- Desired skills: Web API, C#, SQL Server, .NET, Azure DevOps, GIT, Azure serverless computing, Postman, SSDT etc., Cloud computing security technologies, Test-driven development (Unit tests), Kendo UI, Redux/NGRX
- Knowledge of information security standards, such as OWASP
- Knowledge of usability and accessibility standards, such as WCAG
- Functional testing with modern functional testing frameworks, for example Cypress
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js, Modern frontend frameworks Angular (or React, Vue), Typescript/Javascript, HTML, SCSS/CSS.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with DevOps, Angular, Web API, C#, SQL Server, .NET, Azure DevOps, GIT, Azure serverless computing, Postman, SSDT etc., Cloud computing security technologies, Test-driven development (Unit tests), Kendo UI, Redux/NGRX
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with front-end development technologies and frameworks.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in React.js.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
