POSITION SUMMARY
As a Senior Financial Analyst with Umoja Biopharma, you will play an integral role in the financial planning and analysis process, providing key insights and recommendations that will drive strategic decision-making within the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and financial reporting activities.
This role offers an opportunity to work on complex projects, collaborate with team members across departments, and contribute to the company's overall success.
This role will also help bridge the gap between finance and science, ensuring the accuracy of information derived from our financial system and developing process improvement opportunities within Finance/Accounting. Success in this role will require effective communication skills, innovative thinking, and keen attention to detail.
This role also has regular interaction with senior executives, various business units, and multiple stakeholders across Umoja and requires strong interpersonal and communication skills.
This role will be based in Seattle, WA. It is hybrid and will be onsite at least 2 days per week.

Salary Range: $100,300 - $123,900
