  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business divisions to support quarterly business planning and monthly forecast activities.
  • Build and maintain Power BI reporting tools to enable business divisions to make data-driven decisions.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of actual business trends versus forecasts, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Perform price volume mix analysis to identify changes attributable to product mix or pricing, ensuring accurate like-for-like comparisons.
  • Handle segmentation to ensure revenue is accurately categorized and reported within the correct business segments.
  • Review inventory levels to identify at-risk items, collaborating with business divisions to mitigate risks and minimize scrap.
  • Work closely with accounting to ensure necessary reserves are in place for inventory risks.
  • Ensure robust controls are established around inventory risk management and drive accountability within the business operations team.
  • Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in Excel and the ability to work with complex data sets.
  • Experience in developing reporting tools, preferably in Power BI.
  • Solid understanding of business planning processes, variance analysis, and price volume mix analysis.
  • Proven track record in inventory risk management and establishing controls.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex data in a clear and concise manner to team members at all levels.
  • Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business planning, reporting, and analysis.
