We are currently accepting applications for Bilingual Customer Care Representative openings at Southeast Toyota Finance, a subsidiary of JM Family Enterprises. This is a phone-based customer service position focused on delivering exceptional support to our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Clearly and accurately assist customers by taking inbound calls via a dialer system

  • Research, resolve, and document customer issues

  • Prepare professional and accurate written correspondence as needed

  • Accurately and efficiently compute payoffs, extension fees, rewrites, quotes, and more

Qualifications:

  • Assertive, clear, and concise oral and written communication skills

  • Proficiency with PC, 10-key, and the ability to navigate multiple computer screens and systems( 2 screens)

  • Knowledge of retail and lease auto finance is helpful

  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment

  • Prior customer service experience preferred

  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to work independently

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is required
