The Difference You Make:
The Sr. Analyst, Operational Risk is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating the Company’s Operational Risk (OR) program to enable risk-based processing and reporting that reduces operating losses and protects the organization’s assets, products, and services. The role identifies opportunities and proposes solutions to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and risk mitigation while supporting a strong culture of risk awareness across the enterprise.
Position Summary
Execute the monthly end-to-end Operational Risk governance process, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant completion of all required activities.
Develop, maintain, and manage the schedule of required committee submissions to support effective risk governance.
Track, monitor, and follow up on the timely receipt of materials to ensure adherence to governance deadlines.
Review, assess, and challenge risk submissions, providing clear, constructive feedback to managers and senior leaders.
Aggregate risk materials and facilitate governance and review meetings with executive management and risk forums.
Support escalation, reporting, and communication of key risk matters to Risk Governance Forums.
Serve as a primary point of contact for Operational Risk inquiries, ensuring alignment with company policies, procedures, and standards.
Support continuous improvement of risk management processes, documentation, and controls to enhance effectiveness and promote risk awareness.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field – Required.
Experience
3+ years of experience in Risk Management and/or Risk MIS – Required.
Skills
Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities with an investigative and risk-focused mindset.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and Outlook.
Ability to interpret, analyze, and apply data and risk-related information to support decision-making.
Ability to document analysis and maintain accurate records in alignment with policy requirements.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to summarize and present information clearly and concisely.
Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
Ability to build and maintain effective internal relationships across varying levels of management.
Adaptability and flexibility to adjust priorities and direction as project demands evolve.
Commitment to continuous learning and staying current on industry best practices, procedures, and techniques.

What Else You Need To Know:
The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
