Overview of Role

The successful candidate will join our Swiss Onshore II Front Team, covering clients from Switzerland, Italy, Monaco and France. The candidate will assist the team with servicing private banking clients on a wide range of topics. We are preferably looking for someone who has an understanding and connection to the regions.

This exciting internship will last for a period of 6 - 12 months and the preferred start date is September or October 2024.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative assistance on daily client management activities, such as:
  • responding to client requests
  • dealing with client administration
  • responding to client request
  • receiving and processing payment / trading orders
  • handling AML's request
  • preparing documentation for client meetings
  • sending periodical publications and documents
  • monitoring progress of tasks and ensure proper follow-up
  • providing support in opening banking relationships, including dealing with Legal & Compliance matters

All activities will be carried out in cooperation with various departments including Investment Department, Legal Compliance, Credit, Payments and Securities Administration

Education and Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master's degree
  • Strong MS Office skills, prior experience with Avaloq an advantage

Experience, Skills and Competencies Required

  • Previous experience in the financial industry is considered a plus
  • Italian and English fluency (both written and spoken); French an asset
  • Good IT skills and proficient in MS Office (especially Outlook, Power Point, Word and Excel)
