Student Employee - Procurement

Do you dream of a career in Procurement? And would you like to be part of a larger international organisation? Then we might have the perfect job for you!

Join an international team and help upgrading Procurement Nordics

In Procurement, you will be part of a small team with colleagues in Norway, Italy, France, Portugal, among others. Your primary contact will be in Denmark, but you will be part of the entire team and participate in joint meetings. We are looking for a student assistant to support our Danish and Norwegian colleagues with purchasing and provide daily support in Microsoft AX Dynamics (our primary IT system in Procurement and Finance).

We will ensure you a thorough training in the system, so you can easily guide and support and assist our colleagues in the organisation when needed. Additionally, there will be ongoing tasks that you will be introduced to as you become more comfortable with the system and the basic tasks that need to be performed. We are also working on optimising processes and systems, so there will be new tasks to undertake for the entire Procurement team. We will of course be there to guide you and assist you along the way.

What will your workday look like?

In Procurement, we work across countries and Euronext companies and your workdays will be a good mix of both regular and new tasks. Tasks will include:

  • Creating, approving, and checking purchase requisitions according to our procurement policies
  • Assisting with sending purchase orders to suppliers and sending forms to new suppliers
  • Resolving any technical challenges in the system
  • Collaborating with Finance on invoice approvals and payments
  • Training new employees in Microsoft AX Dynamics
  • Developing and updating local policies and procedures
  • Requesting quotes and assisting with small negotiations of supplier contracts in the Nordics
  • Various communications
  • Ad hoc tasks

We would like you to...

Work systematically, be detail oriented , and take initiative and ownership of the task given. Additionally, we expect you to have good collaboration skills but also be able to work independently. It is an advantage if you:

  • Have experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (not a requirement)
  • Are interested in Procurement, negotiation, sourcing, and contract work
  • Are eager to learn new things, motivated, and organised
  • Have technical understanding and are good at problem-solving
  • Are a team player and good at communicating
  • Are proficient in Danish and English - both written and spoken (Scandinavian understanding is also an advantage)

What we offer

A great workplace in an informal environment where it is busy and there is a strong focus on professionalism. We also offer a job with flexible working hours, allowing you to prioritise your studies. We imagine you will work around 15 hours a week, spread over two days. We are flexible during exam periods and will agree on your working hours together.

As a student assistant at Euronext Securities Copenhagen, you will work at our modern office at Christianshavn and receive an attractive salary package and lunch scheme.

Start date as soon as possible.
