Organization & Team Overview

Comcast’s Consumer Product Group (CPG) is responsible for developing strategies and managing products across our Internet, Entertainment, Mobile, and Connected Home products. The organization owns the end-to-end consumer product lifecycle, including product strategy, customer value propositions, marketing, and operational execution. CPG plays a critical role in ensuring Comcast delivers innovative, customer-centric products that drive growth while improving the overall customer experience.

Within CPG, the Connected Home team plays a key role in shaping Comcast’s vision for the future home. The team focuses on defining product strategy and innovation roadmaps, developing compelling customer value propositions, and building data-driven business cases to support new product investments across the connected home and home security space.

A core part of the team’s mission is tackling the challenge of converged customer experiences – ensuring that Comcast’s products work better together, delivering incremental value when customers adopt multiple services. The team works cross-functionally with Technology, Creative, and Finance partners to translate strategic ideas into products and experiences that resonate with customers and scale across the business.

As an intern, you’ll work closely with product strategists and leaders who are shaping how Comcast evolves its role in the connected home, gaining exposure to both strategic thinking and real-world execution.
