You’ll thrive in this role if you bring a strong customer centric mindset, strong attention to detail, and collaborate effectively in a diverse, agile environment while partnering closely with key stakeholders.

What you’ll do:

• Go above and beyond to provide exceptional experiences whenever our customers need help or have questions
• Champion the onboarding of new customers making sure they have an exceptional experience as they join and use our platform
• Complete operational tasks such as banking activities, transferring shares from other brokers and ensuring we comply with relevant regulations
• Work alongside all departments across Hatch: Client Accounts, Trading desk, Operations, Digital, Marketing, Product, Design and Engineering
• Document customer feedback/findings and present them to the broader team
• Have a keen eye for process improvements including helping the Hatch team come up with ways to deliver even better customer outcomes
• Consistently meeting and improving our Hatch customer success standards and processes to ensure an optimal customer experience!

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in financial services or retail investing. If not, a strong desire and ability to learn about retail investing is a must.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, can take on board information quickly and accurately, then action through to completion
• A strong customer focus, with the ability to deal with customers from differing levels of financial and technical knowledge
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. You can anticipate the next question and craft the right response
• Team player who is collaborative and can build high-trust relationships quickly
