Job Responsibilities:
Coordinates programs designed to improve supplier performance, productivity, and process validation.
Prepares, maintains and reviews quality assurance procedures to assure compliance with customer and/or government requirements.
Reviews and analyzes corrective action reports, defect data, and other supplier data. Coordinates and reports on supplier rating process.
Monitors quality control activities and systems related to Supplier Quality, and maintains feedback loops. May perform investigations into quality issues.
Extensively utilizes SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products), excel, and Tableau in these processes.
Supports evaluation of policies and procedures for continuous improvement and alignment to sector/company requirements.
Processes requests from Global Supply Chain regarding SAP holds and blocks.
Basic Qualifications
Supplier Quality Analyst:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of quality, supplier quality or global supply chain, OR a Master’s degree and 0 years of experience
Experience using SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products)
Experience supporting cross functional/sector efforts or projects
Active DoD Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access per business needs
Principal Supplier Quality Analyst:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of quality, supplier quality or global supply chain, OR a Master’s degree and 3 years of quality, supplier quality or global supply chain
Experience using SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products)
Experience supporting cross functional/sector efforts or projects
Active DoD Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access per business needs
Preferred Qualifications:
Supplier Quality experience in industry
Experience with Tableau and Microsoft Access
Advanced skills using Microsoft Excel

Primary Level Salary Range: $72,100.00 - $108,100.00Secondary Level Salary Range: $89,400.00 - $134,200.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
