The Real Estate and Workplace Solutions Group currently has an opening for a Remote Site Security Construction Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience helping the REWS mission.  In this mission, we design, develop, and construct classified real-estate locations to support program needs. The SSCM oversees and coordinates all construction assembles per the ICD 705 Directive published by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. The SSCM will travel from project to project to provide project oversight. The SSCM implements and enforces comprehensive security measures under the ICD 705, including construction surveillance monitoring and documentation of the construction assemblies in compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The SSCM will report directly to the Director of Projects and Infrastructure. 

Primary Responsibilities
RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT    
•Set project objectives and measurable goals and remain motivated to achieve them through the lifecycle of the Project. 
•Demonstrate the ability to create a solution-oriented environment whereby the security team consistently seeks to identify leading-edge project management practices focused on ICD 705 construction and accreditation. 
•Maintain strong working relationships with key corporate stakeholders in your discipline to serve as a positive reference for future classified construction projects. 
•Drive the “Trusted Advisory” culture throughout all team levels. 
•Supporting all new and existing programs initiated nationally.
•Maintain strong working relationships with all corporate operations. 
•Ensure facility security administration, documentation, and management adhere to contractual guidance for numerous programs and facilities.

PROJECT TEAM MANAGEMENT
•Responsible for end-to-end construction project management per ICD 705 requirements, including leading, developing, and mentoring team members. 
•Additional Task:
•Create and Maintain Construction Security Plans
•Daily documented site inspections. 
•Monthly Status Reports
•Risk Mitigation Countermeasures documented
•Manage Meeting Agendas and Meeting Minutes
•Provide drawing reviews and mark-ups. 
•Establish a detailed overall project program that sets clear milestones and objectives to ensure successful project delivery.
•Establish and manage accurate and up-to-date risk registers.
•Ensure timely issuance of meeting minutes and project correspondences. 
•Provide onsite daily supervision. 
•Conduct onsite security briefing.
•Manage construction inventory management plan.
•Respond to RFI regarding ICD 705 requirements and guidance from the customer's tempest countermeasures review.
•Provide security guidance regarding program development/operations, assure compliance with applicable government and company regulations, develop, obtain approval for, and implement security policies and procedures specific to the program, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and participate in self-inspections and Government compliance inspections.

COMMUNICATION
•Regularly communicate plans and performance in a clear and motivational manner to team members.
•Maintain positive lines of communication with clients and other stakeholders.
•Listen effectively and communicate through actions and examples.
•Analyze completed projects to promote successes and lessons learned, including case studies.

KEY SKILLS
•Bachelor's degree and 12+ years experience. Additional years experience may be used in lieu of a degree.
•Confidently manage project delivery from inception to closure.
•Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Microsoft Project, and PlanGrid, as well as experience in managing cost reporting systems.
•Ability to assess clients’ basic needs and project constraints.
•Ability to assist in the commercial assessment of new SCIF projects.
•Possess 4+ years of past performance projects managing secure space construction projects from Site selection thru accreditation.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $98,150.00 - $177,425.00
