Role Summary:
The (USA) Specialist, Business Support plays a critical role in facilitating efficient business operations by collaborating with stakeholders to manage tasks and support initiatives. This individual will help with program tasks, coordinating meetings, and providing support to ensure the program runs smoothly.
The individual may be flexed to assist other groups within the boarder Global Ethics team as business needs arise, providing support on projects, initiatives, or daily operations outside of their primary responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
About the Team:The Ethics Governance team is dedicated to upholding the company’s commitment to integrity by developing and enforcing ethics policies aligned with legal standards and the Code of Conduct. The team manages key programs such as Conflicts of Interest and Integrity in Action, ensuring their effective operation. By delivering clear reports on ethics data and trends to executive leadership, the team supports informed decision-making. Focused on transparency, accountability, and ethical practices, the team plays a vital role in protecting the company’s reputation and fostering a respectful and positive workplace environment.
Location: This position will be fully onsite in Bentonville, AR
What you'll do: - Collaborate with managers, coworkers, and business partners to complete complex assignments, ensuring priorities and deadlines are met.
- Collect, analyze, and track data to support various programs.
- Communicate progress, issues, and recommendations to leadership, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices, supporting continuous improvement and adaptation to organizational changes.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to address business needs and drive effective solutions.

Minimum Qualifications: Associate’s degree in Business Management, Logistics, Computer Science, or related field OR 1 year’s experience in operations, retail, project management, or relevant area.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 - $35.00*
*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
