Job Description

Sabre Hospitality is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to lead strategy and execution for Gift Card & Vouchers products. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality technology and excels at bridging the gap between customer needs and product development. This role involves close collaboration with clients, aiding in sprint planning, and providing expertise on integration-related questions to ensure successful project delivery.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end process for our Gift Card & Vouchers solutions — from gathering requirements and planning to execution and support. You will work closely with development teams, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions that enhance our product offerings and meet specific client needs

Responsibilities include:

  • Client Collaboration: Engage directly with customers to understand their unique requirements and translate them into detailed product specifications
  • Drive Development Projects: Lead customer-facing custom development initiatives from inception to delivery, ensuring they align with overall product strategy
  • Sprint Planning Support: Assist in sprint planning by prioritizing tasks, setting timelines, and coordinating with development teams. facilitate sprint planning by prioritizing features and requirements based on customer impact, business goals, and technical feasibility. Collaborate with the development team to define clear objectives for each sprint, ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with engineering, sales, customer support, and other departments to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes
  • Strategy Contribution: Participate in defining the long-term strategy for Gift Card & Voucher products and contribute to the overall product roadmap
  • Resource Management: Work with cross-functional teams to strategically allocate resources, ensuring that development efforts are well-supported and aligned with the product roadmap. Monitor timelines and budgets to provide insights that guide decision-making and prioritization
  • Customer Advocacy: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication and high satisfaction levels
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance processes related to product development and integration

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in hospitality, computer science, or a related technical field (MBA preferred).

Required qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Product Management experience focusing on customer-facing projects
  • Proven experience in custom development projects, working directly with clients to deliver tailored solutions
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and hands-on experience with sprint planning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

Preferred qualifications:

  • 6+ years of Product Management experience within the hospitality technology or e-commerce sectors
  • Experience with enterprise software solutions and SaaS platforms
  • Demonstrated success in delivering custom solutions that meet or exceed client expectations
  • Familiarity with APIs, web services, and other integration tools
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in a collaborative, matrixed environment
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
