Extensive experience leading enterprise delivery, programme management, or large-scale transformation initiatives within complex environments.
Strong track record in delivery governance, portfolio planning, risk management, and executive stakeholder engagement.
Proven ability to translate strategic priorities into clear delivery plans and high-quality business outcomes.
Collaborative leadership style that builds capability, develops high-performing teams, and influences across organisational boundaries.
Experience leading delivery or business analysis practice improvement within large technology or transformation environments is highly regarded.
Relevant qualifications or certifications in programme, project, or agile delivery disciplines, such as PRINCE2, MSP, or Agile frameworks, are advantageous.
