As CRT Manager, you will lead a team that anticipates, facilitates, and advances client servicing and Private Wealth prospecting and sales efforts. In this role, you are responsible for developing and maintaining a strong, collaborative team environment, coaching and mentoring associates on development objectives and ensuring accountability and driving operational and procedural compliance.

  • You will work closely with the Regional Director, working to develop and execute regional business strategies, in support of national business objectives.

  • You will manage associate performance and development through coaching to ensure goals and objectives are attained.

  • You communicate effectively with other internal managers and senior managers primarily on operational, technical, and project-related issues.

  • You will manage strategic business support for the department and the Private Client Services team.

  • You will ensure that the highest level of service is efficiently delivered by the team.

  • You will provide high level guidance and resolutions on escalated issues, exceptions, and complex requests with broad impacts.

  • You ensure established guidelines are followed within the team, establishing individual/team goals and objectives for associates to support business area objectives.

  • You proactively review team processes and work product to identify risk, assure best practices and align with current business needs.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $148,045-$236,872

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
