Job Description:
Join us as we grow! Our new Randolph, MN location is set to open its doors in early May 2026, and we are beginning the hiring process now. We will be reviewing applications and interviewing on a rolling basis, allowing us to adjust start dates to fit your schedule and business needs. To get you started on the right foot, this position includes a required in-person training period at our Le Sueur, MN facility before transitioning to your permanent role in Randolph.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in establishing our local operations, blending technical skill with a proactive mindset to ensure our new facility remains cutting-edge and efficient. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results while adhering to industry best practices and Cambria’s high standards of excellence.
This position is responsible for ensuring efficient, accurate, and timely shipment of products to customers, while adhering to all shipping regulations and company policies. The Shipping Clerk will work closely with plant operators, logistics teams, and transportation providers to optimize shipping processes and maintain accurate records
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate the shipment of processed quartz materials to customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Prepare shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and labels, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
Verify the accuracy of orders and shipments, including product type, quantity, and quality, before shipment.
Schedule and coordinate with transportation providers (trucking companies, rail) for the pickup and delivery of shipments.
Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move and load materials for shipment.
Inspect outgoing shipments for damage or defects, and take appropriate action to resolve any issues.
Communicate with customers, logistics teams, and other departments to provide shipment status updates and resolve any shipping-related inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of all shipments, including tracking information, delivery confirmations, and any discrepancies.
Manage and organize the shipping area to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
Assist with inventory control activities, including verifying quantities and reporting any discrepancies.
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies related to shipping and material handling.
Utilize barcode scanning systems to track and manage inventory movement, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in shipping and receiving processes.
Participate in process improvement initiatives to optimize shipping operations and reduce costs.
Qualifications and Skills:
2+ years of experience in a shipping or warehouse environment, preferably in a manufacturing or processing industry.
Strong knowledge of shipping procedures, documentation, and regulations.
Proficiency in using shipping software and systems.
Ability to operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.) safely and efficiently.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, transportation providers, and internal teams.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and commitment to accuracy and timeliness.
Basic math skills and computer proficiency.
Ability to acquire and retain all necessary safety certifications
Minimum Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Experience: 2+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, or related area
Systems: Shipping software and inventory management systems

Physical Requirements:
Work at varying heights, including on the rooftop of the buildings
Lift up to 60 lbs.

Stand on feet for long periods of time during a shift for up to 12 hours, with intermittent breaks
Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided by Cambria
Participate in daily stretch and flex exercises
Work in an outdoor environment in all weather conditions
Walk up and down steps multiple times throughout shift
Bend over multiple times throughout shift

Cambria’s starting hourly range for this position is $17.15- $22.66. Hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including work location, job-related experience, and relevant education and/or training.
