Summary:

Analyzes complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Identifies gaps and provides technical expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications and scales new and current systems, processes and procedures in a cost effective manner. Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing to meet business requirements. Designs details of automated systems. May provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems. May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Workday Integration Consultant to lead the design, development, and support of complex Workday integrations. You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless data flows between Workday and internal/external systems, supporting core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, testing, and deployment of Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and Web Services.
• Gather integration requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications.
• Maintain and support existing integrations, troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HRIS, IT, Payroll, and external vendors.
• Develop documentation for integration design, support, and operations.
• Ensure integrations follow security, compliance, and data privacy policies.
• Support Workday releases by assessing and testing the impact on existing integrations.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior integration team members.
• Stay up-to-date with Workday functionality, best practices, and community updates.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience with Workday integrations.
• Expertise in Workday Reports, Calculated Fields, EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST), Studio , and XSLT.
• Experience with Workday modules such as HCM, Recruiting.
• Strong understanding of XML, XSLT, and web service technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
