The Investor Center Partnerships is part of Fidelity Real Estate Company and encompasses the firm’s retail portfolio which includes 217 branches, spans across 38 states and the District of Columbia, and occupies roughly 1.7 million SF.
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Director of Project Delivery to manage a program of capital projects from initiation through closeout. The Director works closely with several internal and external teams including Wealth Leadership, Transactions, Design, Finance, Operations, Security, Technology, Procurement, and vendor partners to execute and manage solutions, implement new concepts, and ensures on-time and on-budget project delivery for the Investor Centers. Collaboration with all the teams is essential to success!
The Director will manage a team of internal and external resources, stakeholders, and vendors.
This role reports to the Vice President, Investor Center Partnerships.
