Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code for multiple clients. We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant with expertise in HCM Extracts to join our Oracle practice at the Team Lead level. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules and a strong ability to lead deliverables across global implementations, enhancements, and support engagements. Roles & Responsibilities: • Lead the technical development and delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud Extracts, BIP reports, HDL (HCM Data Loader), and Fast Formulas. • Design, build, test, and deploy HCM Extracts and interfaces for global HR, Payroll, and Benefits modules. • Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. • Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs and compliance standards. • Guide junior team members and provide mentorship in technical deliverables. • Perform root cause analysis and resolve technical issues in Oracle HCM Cloud modules. • Ensure documentation and configuration are up to date and align with Accenture quality standards. • Support data conversion, migration, and integration efforts during implementation or upgrade phases. • Participate in client workshops and solution design discussions. Professional & Technical Skills: • 5–8 years of overall IT experience with minimum 3–5 years in Oracle HCM Cloud technical roles. • Proven experience in developing HCM Extracts, BIP/XML Publisher Reports, HDL, and Fast Formulas. • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM data model and functional flows. • Experience working with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware tools is an added advantage. • Proficient in SQL, PL/SQL, and related database concepts. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills. • Experience with international HCM Cloud implementations or rollouts. • Familiarity with security setup in Oracle HCM Cloud. • Oracle Certification in HCM Cloud Technical Track. • Agile or DevOps exposure. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
