As a Wholesale Operations Officer you are responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our wholesale processes, in full compliance with all relevant rules and regulations. In this role you will work closely with management, providing support in running projects and handling escalations effectively.

This role is responsible for the origination of wholesale products & contracts and servicing of wholesale customers. The core functions of the team include processing manufacturer invoices (including reprices), providing remittances to customers, managing dealer stock swaps, releases and transfers, establishing capital loans, maintaining customer bank details, taking security deposits payments, bailing used vehicles and maintaining data reports.

Core Responsibilities;

• Collaborate with business partners to improve operational efficiency.

• Provide personalised and timely support and help to Angle Auto customers.

• Collaborate with the team to ensure manufacturers and dealers are paid promptly and accurately.

• Responsible for adhering to compliance requirements for your business.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of procedures and controls.

• Complete quality assurance.

• Contribute to design and development of new SOP’s.

• Generate, maintain, and analyse reports.

• Contribute to team development and training initiatives.

• Complete production tasks.
