Position Summary:  

The Senior Marketing Analyst will primarily support our Customer Marketing team. This role will be the owner of all reporting and analytics related to the marketing efforts of our Customer Marketing team. This includes, but is not limited to:  Customer Upsells, Loyalty and Churn, TAM analysis, and Campaign ROI.  

Essential Job Functions:  

  • Provide regular updates, identify trends, analyze results, and make actionable recommendations to Customer Marketing KPIs 
  • Work closely with the Product Marketing team to define their key success indicators and develop a process for measuring and reporting said indicators 
  • Create efficient processes for data collection, organization and storage required to produce requested data insights and reporting in a timely manner 
  • Develop processes for reporting, tracking, and measuring the success of marketing-led churn initiatives 
  • Analyze customer marketing campaign results (open/click rates, engagement, sales) from various channels including, email, in-app messaging, retargeting and provide team members with detailed insights on the campaigns usage, retention, and/or revenue generating impact (upsell/cross-sell).
  • Evaluate and analyze customer marketing campaigns to measure both direct and indirect impacts, providing actionable insights to help teams optimize strategies and understand campaign effectiveness on customer engagement, retention, and ROI.
  • On occasion, may provide support to the product marketing team to analyze and measure revenue impacts of new feature releases.
  • Execute A/B tests of key marketing initiatives and campaigns to drive continuous improvement 
  • Drive enhancements in marketing effectiveness, resource efficiency and reporting capabilities, via integrated data flows, templates, and automated processes 
  • Other duties as assigned 

Position Requirements:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field or equivalent professional experience 
  • 4+ years of previous analyst experience 
  • Expert-level Excel user 
  • Previous experience with Domo, Tableau, Microsoft BI, or similar a plus 
  • Previous Salesforce experience a plus 
  • Previous experience with Pardot, Marketing Cloud, Marketo, or HubSpot a plus 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple activities/initiatives and meet deadlines 
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as work independently  
  • Strong skills in effectively communicating with all levels of management and staff 
  • Keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills

In an effort to provide greater transparency, we are sharing the base salary range for this position. The position is also eligible for a yearly bonus. Final salary is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, internal peer equity as well as business considerations.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$89,000$105,000 USD

The above description covers the most significant duties performed but does not include other related occasional work that may be assigned or is completed by the employee.
