Take ownership of the planning and execution of strategically significant projects in an international environment, creating impactful solutions across business units and regions

Act as a trusted advisor to top management, identifying optimization opportunities and contributing significantly to growth, profitability, and competitiveness

Drive the deployment of strategic objectives using policy deployment methodologies (such as OKR or Hoshin Kanri), ensuring effective alignment, implementation, and follow-up across all relevant functions
Develop actionable recommendations based on thorough analyses of markets, customers, competitors, and trends – and communicate them effectively to stakeholders

You have solid experience in strategy, business development, or related fields and thrive in dynamic, international environments
You possess deep expertise in strategic and financial planning, market and competitive analysis, and business intelligence – from methodology to reporting (e.g. WITS reports, market and financial data analysis)
You have practical experience in policy deployment using various methodologies such as OKR (Objectives and Key Results) or Hoshin Kanri, and can effectively apply these for strategy execution.
You have successfully delivered projects focused on restructuring, efficiency enhancement, or organizational development and support companies not only analytically but also in strategic decision-making and operational execution
You are comfortable taking responsibility, working independently, and setting high standards for the quality of your work
You are experienced in working with C-level stakeholders, presenting complex topics clearly and persuasively, and delivering confident reporting at the highest level
You are data-driven and have a strong affinity for tools and technologies such as Excel, Power BI, Power Automate Flow, and AI-based solutions
You hold a master’s degree (or equivalent) in strategy, business, engineering, or a related field
You think and work analytically and strategically, combining ownership and goal orientation with a proactive, collaborative approach – actively driving the implementation of strategic projects
You are fluent in German and English; additional language skills are a plus
