The Role

Works to transform BeyondTrust GTM Organization to include, partners, support service providers, and our sales colleagues into product-value experts. The GTM Enablement eLearning Developer will use their graphic design, course authoring, and technical skills to create engaging and professional eLearning courses for audiences of varying skill and education levels. This individual works to understand and meet GTM needs through partnership with their Enablement Program Manager peers, participate in the ongoing development of the overall training process, and collaborate to continuously improve internal team training on both the delivery and the development sides. With each BeyondTrust major release, the eLearning developer will integrate new and exciting features and use cases into their courses to ensure easy consumption for internal stakeholders.  In addition, the eLearning Developer will work closely with the VP, GTM Enablement to document and produce eLearning skill development path for all GTM Positions.

What You’ll Do

• Assess individual/group training needs for each course for the GTM Organization.
• Participate in the development and ongoing maintenance of the BeyondTrust Academy training materials.
• Make use of new eLearning technologies and methodologies.
• Keep personal IT skills and knowledge up to date.
• Responsible for training GTM employees on BeyondTrust software and ensuring full knowledge transfer.
• Organizes, plans, and executes self-paced course creation and update processes.
• Instructional design of coursework
• Use and further develop visual design skills to produce engaging and clear training
• Convey concepts clearly using excellent writing skills
• Maintain deep knowledge of the BeyondTrust software product lines

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with a minimum of 3 years related professional experience
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and written communication skills
• Experience developing eLearning for software products, using any rapid development tool, such as Articulate Storyline
• Experience with Adobe products, such as Photoshop, Audition, After Effects, and Premiere
• Support and adhere to the Company’s core values.

• Working knowledge of the MS Windows environment
