Job Description Summary

The Lead Online Sales Manager is a leadership position where an Online Sales Manager spends approximately 40% of their time supporting and shaping Online Sales strategies and participating in the overall growth of the team within their region. The Lead Online Sales Manager acts as a liaison between the regional Online Sales Team and the Area Online Sales Manager providing critical communication to improve the efficiency and productivity of the Online Sales Team. The Lead Online Sales Manager will stay connected to the division to provide firsthand feedback while actively in an Online Sales role.

What You’ll Do

We trust that as a Lead Online Sales Manager you will:

  • Directly manage a designated regional team
    • Drive execution of budgeted sales performance through management of KPI metrics
    • Hold monthly 1:1s with regional team members
    • Complete call reviews with regional team members
    • Review quarterly sales commitment forms and develop action plans as needed
    • Monitor volume trends
    • Lead Online Sales Council discussions for systems or business process improvements
  • Participate in interview process when growing the online sales team
    • Manage training and execution of OSM Assimilation plan
  • Oversee new community openings
    • Attend new community kick off meetings and provide feedback on opening strategy in alignment with New Community Opening standards and SOP
  • Provide weekend support as the on-call manager to the Online Sales Team
  • 1st point of contact for the Online Sales Team as a systems power user and trainer
    • Salesforce Processes and Reports
    • Outlook
    • PowerBI
    • Website and Marketing Tools
  • Collaborate in the development of comprehensive Standard Operating Procedure documents to serve as invaluable resources for future training and operational continuity
  • Receive Huddle certification and lead huddles
  • Lead monthly Online Sales Rallies  
  • Point person for Salesforce use cases and demonstrations as needed to support Salesforce system enhancement requests
