Job Description Summary
The Lead Online Sales Manager is a leadership position where an Online Sales Manager spends approximately 40% of their time supporting and shaping Online Sales strategies and participating in the overall growth of the team within their region. The Lead Online Sales Manager acts as a liaison between the regional Online Sales Team and the Area Online Sales Manager providing critical communication to improve the efficiency and productivity of the Online Sales Team.
