Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Summary:
As a Senior Infrastructure Managed Senior Analyst – Windows Domain Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will be responsible for leading the administration, Windows Servers Build, and support of enterprise-scale Microsoft Windows Server and Azure IaaS environments. You will serve as the go-to technical expert for Windows domain services, driving operational excellence, automation, and security compliance across complex hybrid infrastructures.
This role requires deep technical expertise, hands-on experience, and the ability to guide junior analysts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless infrastructure operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Build, Administer and optimize Microsoft Azure IaaS environments—Virtual Machines, VNets, NSGs, Load Balancers, Availability Zones, Backup & Restore, and Azure Site Recovery (ASR).
• Should have hands on experience on Terraform, Devops, CI CD Pipeline.
• Manage patching, upgrades, and security hardening for Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and domain infrastructure.
• Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical business systems
• Proven experience with Azure IaaS, including compute, networking, storage, and backup components.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex troubleshooting efforts and deliver stable, secure infrastructure solutions.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration, Microsoft Azure IaaS.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for Windows Server and domain-related issues across production, Test and DR environments.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts (PowerShell preferred) to streamline domain and server management tasks.
• Collaborate with security, network, and application teams to ensure compliance, scalability, and service continuity.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for optimization and automation in infrastructure management.
• Strong proficiency in Windows Server administration (2016/2019/2022).
• Microsoft certifications such as AZ-104 (Azure Administrator), AZ-305 (Solutions Architect), MCSA, or MCSE are highly preferred.

Btech or equivalent

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
